“Sharing stories of the world in English”

Hi, I’m Taejin :)

I started GSM News & Talk because I wanted to learn and grow together with people who enjoy studying English.

Unlike free conversation tables, this group focuses on reading English news articles to learn new vocabulary and expressions, and to broaden our perspectives on the world.

Every Thursday at 7:30 PM, we read and discuss two English articles together at GSM Table.

Each article takes about an hour, so the whole session lasts for about two hours.

Articles are chosen weekly by the host or later through member voting.

If you want to improve your English, are interested in current issues,

or simply wish to see the world through English — you’re very welcome to join us. 

Foreign participants are also welcome, and both English and Korean can be used freely.

After the discussion, we have an “After Talk” session!

Those who want to stay longer can chat freely in English with other GSM members until 11 PM,

putting the day’s expressions into real use in a relaxed atmosphere.

Anyone with good manners and an open mind is always welcome.

Feel free to join even if you arrive late ☕️
